Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, in person or through any third-party booking platform we use. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our clinic.

• Please ensure all personal and booking details you provide are accurate and up to date.
• We may require a consultation before certain treatments can be booked or carried out.
• Some treatments may require a patch test, medical assessment or suitability review before treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe.

3. Consultations and Suitability

Your safety is our priority. Before receiving treatment, you may be asked to complete a consultation form and provide accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies, skin condition and any other relevant details.

It is your responsibility to provide complete and truthful information. Failure to do so may affect treatment results and could make treatment unsuitable or unsafe.

4. Treatment Results

Results vary from person to person. While we aim to deliver high-quality treatments and professional care, we cannot guarantee identical results for every client.

• Treatment outcomes depend on factors such as skin type, hair type, medical history, lifestyle and aftercare.
• Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
• You must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided by our team.

5. Pricing and Payment

Treatment prices, packages and promotional offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice, unless already confirmed for an existing booking or package purchase.

• Payment may be required in full before or at the time of your appointment.
• Deposits may be required to secure certain bookings.
• All prices shown are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions and discounts cannot usually be combined unless we state otherwise.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another client.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
• If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted future booking access.

7. Packages, Courses and Gift Vouchers

If you offer treatment packages, prepaid courses or gift vouchers, these may be subject to additional conditions.

• Packages and courses are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Unused sessions may expire after a stated validity period.
• Gift vouchers cannot usually be exchanged for cash and may be subject to expiry dates.

8. Refunds

Refunds are considered in line with your statutory rights and the nature of the treatment or service purchased.

• Completed treatment sessions are generally non-refundable.
• Deposits may be non-refundable where this has been clearly stated at the time of booking.
• Unused prepaid treatments or packages may be reviewed at our discretion, subject to any applicable deductions.
• No refund will be given where treatment is unsuitable due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

9. Health, Safety and Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or end an appointment where necessary to protect the health, safety, wellbeing or dignity of our staff and clients.

• Clients must attend appointments in a fit and suitable condition for treatment.
• Abusive, threatening, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
• We may decline treatment if contraindications, medical concerns or safety risks are identified.

By using our website, you agree to use it lawfully and only for legitimate purposes.

• You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its functionality.
